A Wealth of Knowledge & Hands-On Experience

Deborah brings a powerful combination of education, technical expertise, and real-world property management experience to our team:

● Solid Academic & Technical Foundation: Deborah holds a B.S. from Westfield State in Business Management and Computer Programming, along with a minor in Accounting. On top of her degree, she holds an active IRS tax certification.

● 20+ Years of Expertise: She offers more than two decades of deep experience in accounting-related functions and customer service, ensuring our clients receive both precision and care.

● HOA & Property Management Insider: Deborah spent two years as a property manager for a community-owned HOA in Pennsylvania. Having also served as Treasurer and regularly attended homeowner meetings, she understands community association dynamics and financial oversight from every angle.
