Boards need to know what to expect with new guidelines

Having a pet is a big responsibility.  Being on a board of Trustees of an HOA and having to oversee the governance of the By laws and Rules/Regulations concering the pets within the community is an even more challenging task.  "Reasonable accomdations" must be made for those with disabilites when they are requested.  The link provided will give you the specifics you need to make a reasonable decision.
