Gary Spaeth
President/Owner

Gary has been in business since 1996. He has experienced a growth in the business each successive year. Gary has a BA from North Adams State. He served in the US Army for six years and attained the rank of a platoon leader in the 101st Engineer with experience in heavy equipment. He has contractor’s supervisor and home improvement licenses. SPS has been managing properties for more than 10 years.

Ken Tamsin

Chief Operating Officer

CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM®: Ken brings over 37 years of community association management experience to SPS. Ken has  served as the CEO of Southern Community Services in South Carolina. Prior to becoming involved in homeowner association management, Ken worked in the banking industry in Massachusetts.  CAI Advocacy Ambassador, Ministry Volunteer, Feeding the Hungry/Homeless Volunteer

Tammy Sexton - Dunham

Office/ Community Association Manager

Tammy has been an office manager at SPS since 2016. In her role, she has been the key contact for the growing portfolio of clients. She handles most client requests for service and is an effective problem solver. Tammy has knowledge of the AR and AP functions, bank deposits, and is overseer of putting together the cyclical association management reports. She is a certified administrative professional. Tammy is an effective communicator and keeps the office at SPS focused and energized. Her knowledge extends to the maintenance area as she has a good grasp of specifics for most work order requests which reduces the timelines from request to completion.  AppFolio Certified

Sara An, Community Association Manager

Sara has been with Spaeth Property Management for four years. She has brought with her an aptitude for customer service. She has an integral role in new client set up and board member and owner access via their own portals. She is a portfolio manager for Spaeth. Sara is also the on-site manager for one of the largest clients in Spaeth's portfolio.

Anabell DeMaio, Community Association Manager

Anabell DeMaio is the one of the Spaeth Property Management community association managers.  Anabell has been with Spaeth over 1.5 years. She has experience in dealing with rental properties, apartments and various programs supporting such endeavors.  Anabell has experience in multiple property management software and is proving to be a quick study in that regard with AppFolio.  She is adept are reviewing the current financial board packets for the communities and is experienced in dealing with vendors and sub-contractors in getting the job done of maintaining. 

Neil Andersen, Maintenance Manager

Neil has been with the company for just over a year. He started out as a maintenance technician and has moved up to being the head of maintenance. He is a licensed Home Improvement Contractor with the state of Massachusetts. He has 12 years in the contracting business working on everything from framing to finish work. He has a vast knowledge of what most buildings have or need and how to fix them. His game plan is preventative maintenance and not reactive if possible.

Andrew Deren, Maintenance Field Supervisor

We welcome to the maintenance team, Andrew Deren . Andrew has over 20 years experience in the home-improvement field specializing in all types of exterior home improvements from roofing to siding, windows and decks. Also, Andrew has experience in all phases of interior work. “ I am very excited to have joined Spaeth properties maintenance team, and hope to provide nothing but the best experience for all of our customers”.

Hayley Maltz, Customer Service Representative

Hayley has recently joined Spaeth Property Management as a receptionist/bookkeeper. She brings with her six years of professional experience in operations management. Hayley is goal oriented and values organization, communication and customer service. Hayley has hit the ground running, has done a great job of engaging clients and supporting the managers and staff.
